  My Turmeric Elixir Recipe There is a plethora of information extolling the virtues of turmeric, much of which is circulating throughout social media and the web. I will not inundate you with more information – however it is easy to do a rave about this golden spice used of which has been used in Indian cooking for eons, for it indeed is packed full of flavour and enormous benefits to our human system. What I do want to share is my homemade turmeric drink recipe which I love as a powerful natural health elixir.
